How about Indie Comic First Issues?

I'm a sucker for small publisher/obscure publishers!

As I receive another batch of comics today, I’m reminded how many I’ve picked up primarily because they come from small/indie/obscure comic book publishers. If you’ve read this blog at all, you know my collection centers around first issues. However, when you find small collections you get interesting stuff. Here are some examples. Looking up these publishers provides you with interesting reading.

Love this cover from Speakeasy Comics enough that you’ll see the influence on the first issue of Strange Twisted Tales coming in Jan 2022.
